Great service so far. Drift provides real-time communication with prospects, so leads can book a meeting with us even when we're not online. Best thing I like about the tool. Filtering prospects across multiple territories and product lines could be sharper.
Drift is a helpful tool, but security issues have made it difficult to justify. Playbook targeting by acquisition channel and page works well. To be most effective you need a seat per person on the sales team — that gets extremely costly fast.
Web version is perfect, app could be improved. Overall still very good. The web experience works fine, and routing bugs that pop up get resolved quickly. Mobile app is where performance lags behind.
Targeted lead generation with seamless integration. Drift is a very good way to get new leads to sales people — better-than-average conversion with calendar and CRM routing built in. Occasional lag with Salesforce but broadly very successful.

Suits B2B SaaS accelerating pipeline. Tool is slow and memory-heavy, UI is plain, pricing unclear, implementation slow.
Livechat AI tool. A very beneficial and great addition to Drift's features. It has become more user-friendly over the year and more support is provided.
Was a good chatbot, but major data breach and billing issues disappoint. The Drift chatbot worked well on our website. After Salesloft acquired Drift, customer service dropped significantly. There was a major data breach that impacted services for 10 days in August 2025, and billing kept hassling us for renewal even after we tried to cancel. Resolving took ~6 hours of labor.

We launched a chatbot on our site from a template in under a few hours — that fast time to value encouraged us to do more. Liked the integration count and the sales support. For smaller teams you can rely heavily on key people jumping into chats to keep conversations human.
