At the $900+/mo starter tier, expected tighter control over messaging and stronger lead quality. Quarterly billing locks in a multi-thousand-dollar commitment before the first campaign has a chance to prove out. Outcomes did not justify the upfront spend for our ICP.
Onboarding was genuinely quick and the team was responsive. We hit pause after the first fortnight though — replies were flat and the targeting logic stayed a black box. No way to see why campaigns were underperforming.
Simplicity is genuinely nice for a lean team just getting into outbound. Frustrating that power users cannot build custom signal logic or branching sequences. Playbooks are pre-built, so there is a hard ceiling on experimentation.
Lets a small team follow up on more leads without hiring more SDRs. Automatic follow-ups roughly doubled our engagement rate versus sending manually. Helped scale outbound volume while headcount stayed flat.
Flexible but takes a few weeks of ramp-up to dial in messaging and tone. First campaigns got flagged by Outlook before safe-sender settings were tuned. Once configured, day-to-day work becomes much lighter.
Interface is easy enough for a new team member to learn quickly. Customer success team is proactive and fast to respond. AI-driven lead generation surfaces contacts we would not have found otherwise.
Pre-qualifies leads before reaching out, which matters when you have a tight ICP. Defining the ICP and outreach plan upfront is where AiSDR shines. Would like a tighter native CRM push for some fields.
Multiplies one SDR across email, LinkedIn, and calls with HubSpot sync that works without extra glue. Ramped faster than expected given the breadth of features. Would like a mid-tier plan with fewer emails at a lower price.
End-to-end email and outreach automation with a smooth onboarding process. Weekly engineering updates keep the platform visibly evolving. Support team is genuinely available when questions come up.
