Tried Conversica. Here's what surprised us. The AI assistant doesn't just send generic emails — it engages leads in real conversations, follows up consistently, and knows when to loop in a human rep. Huge time saver. Downside: feels rigid on nuanced replies, and setup is time-consuming if your CRM isn't clean.
The lead gen and contacting leads I don't have time for is exactly what Conversica handles. Quality of leads is uneven though — many have no idea what they're being reached out to for.
Personalized automation takes the lead from being nurtured to ready to purchase. Conversica can be customized to fit your brand, voice, product, and tone — more effective than a human seller in our funnel. Reporting back into non-Salesforce MarTech (Marketo, data lakes) is where the ease factor drops.
Simple and effective. I can let the AI continue a conversation on my behalf if the lead isn't responding, then jump in when the moment is right. I can also inject messages on behalf of the AI, which is a cool feature. Use it daily and love it.
Conversica enables our sales team to reach more potential customers. Implementation and Salesforce integration was simple with well-documented instructions. Helps our team work through a large volume of prospective leads previously left untouched. Dashboard KPIs sometimes drift from Salesforce reports.
Conversica rocks. What I like best is the autonomy — it runs without handholding. What I like least is the occasional mistake when transferring information into Salesforce, which takes cleanup.
Conversica is good. It reaches out to leads for me so I don't have to. Would be nice if Conversica flagged the response to the rep before auto-replying in a few edge cases.
User friendly. The responses are great, especially for service. Customer responses read clean and on-tone. Occasional glitches pop up — being newer to the tool, some of that is probably my own configuration.
