Intuitive drag-and-drop builder, polished templates, easy for non-designers. We shipped our first newsletter the day we signed up.
Free plan got us started. Deliverability has been rock solid for 2 years. Wish the free tier still had 2,500 contacts like it used to.
List grew from 500 to 8K contacts and the bill jumped from $13 to over $90 per month. Unsubscribed contacts still count toward billing which feels predatory.
Lower-tier support is days for generic answers. Live chat only on Premium. For a $90/mo bill on Standard, response times are disappointing.
Standard tier is the sweet spot — automations plus send-time optimization at $20/mo. Great fit for low-volume nonprofit broadcasts and event reminders.
New builder and Legacy builder are inconsistent. Custom HTML still needed for brand-perfect templates. Editor quirks slow down complex layouts.
